The Goodz Foundation began when a group of young adults raised in the Hampton Roads area, sought to make positive changes via their influence and giving back to their respective communities.The Goodz Foundation’s community is filled with love and support, so there was no surprise at the abundance of people willing to support the cause of giving back. Goodz Foundation found an issue with the community not knowing about the numerous giveback opportunities and events that occurred in the Hampton Roads area.
The Goodz Foundation goal: to bridge this gap by creating an easy-to-use blog presenting the numerous volunteering opportunities in the backyard of our communities, while also creating opportunities for causes that lack the necessary support.
These goals will bring together a supportive community and the areas of the community that need the most support. Volunteering can change lives: it can bring the best out of our cities and neighborhoods while also highlighting the best in a person.
